Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to states where sales taxes are applicable, other than Alaska, Hawaii and Vermont.

If an item is subject to sales tax in the state to which the order is shipped, tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item and added to the total cost. In accordance with state tax laws.

The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order was shipped.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

All special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Electronic items are non-refundable.

All claims must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Absolutely no cash refunds will be issued. In the case of a refund only a store credit will be issued NO EXCEPTIONS.

Merchandise on all authorized returns must be unused and in its original packaging. All mounted wheels and tires are non-returnable. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on merchandise that shows signs of having installed, modified, scratched, or defaced. Return Authorization Number(s) must be issued before any return will be accepted. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number(s). Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Shortage claims must be filed within 5 days. All claims for merchandise received in damaged condition must be filed with the carrier.

A 20% handling fee will be assessed on all authorized returns. Refused shipments do not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with refused shipments, plus a 20% restocking fee.

Fizz Autosports Inc. will not be responsible for any damages incurred during installation of product by purchaser or other organization.

WARRANTY : No warranty is valid if the defect is caused by customer's abuse, negligence or mishandling. All merchandise sold by Fizz Autosports Inc. is only subject to manufacturers warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise this would be done at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Customer, however, will be responsible for shipping and handling fees. No labor, interest or inconvenience costs may be included in any claims. Warranties are non-transferable. There are no warranties on lights, light bulbs, decals, electrical parts and engine parts. It is the customer's sole responsibility to check local and state laws that govern the legal use of any items purchased from Fizz Autosports Inc.
